Ford to create 1,000 New Jobs in Mexico

(Best Syndication News) - Ford announced that they would be investing $1.3 billion in a Hermosillo Stamping and Assembly Plant in the Mexican state of Senora, which would create 1,000 new jobs. The plant will be building Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ vehicles.

Ford has been manufacturing in Mexico for the past 87 years. They have spent $3 billion over the last decade to invest in Mexico manufacturing facilities.

The Ford Fusion has been built in Hermosillo since 2005. Sales of this model has exceeded 1.1 million vehicles. The Ford Fiesta models started to be manufactured in 2008 at the Cuautitl?n Mexico plant.
